Your information stays with us.

What we collect

• Meal requests: the client's name, phone, address and the details you choose to share, so our Program Coordinator can set up meals.
• Volunteer sign-ups: your name, phone, email and availability. Background and driving checks happen later, on paper, with your written consent.
• Gifts: your name, email and gift details. Card and bank details go straight to our payment processor and never touch our website.
• Messages: whatever you write in the contact form.
• Site visits: if analytics are enabled, anonymous information such as pages viewed and the type of device used.
• Maps: the map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may collect information such as your IP address under Google's privacy policy.

How we use it

To start and manage meal service, schedule volunteers, send tax receipts and thank-you notes, answer questions, and understand which pages help people find us. Health information about clients is shared only with the staff and volunteers who need it to deliver meals safely.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent or trade your information. We don't share it with other organizations except the service providers who help us run this website, process payments or send email, and only as needed for that job, or when the law requires it.

Donor privacy

If you give in honor or in memory of someone, we let the person you name know about your tribute. You can ask to be listed as anonymous in any published donor list.
